With a soft floury texture and rich, mushroom like flavor, Black Turtle Beans hold their shape when cooked and absorb accompanying flavors well. These beans are excellent for Latin American and Spanish cuisines. Pairs great with a variety of white and brown rice to make a classic rice and beans dish. Enjoy in your favorite chili, soups, salads, tacos, and burrito recipes. These beans come in a 40 lb. bucket that has oxygen absorbers inside which extends the unopened bean's generous shelf life from 370 days to 10+ years.

Our buckets are easy to store and portion, just store in a cool, dry place and be sure to reseal properly after opening to restore longevity. Avoid storing in the garage.
